When our original rental plans fell through, our moving timeline was halved, and Ben and Cynthia matched our urgency, expedited the process, and took care of us at every turn. At the beginning of the pandemic, they provided care packages to all tenants that included chocolates, masks, and toilet paper, and during the harsh winter freeze, they provided space heaters and home baked goods for us until power was restored.
